Material Handling Service (Outbound via Common Carrier Pick Up at Show)

New to our Material Handling service? Please read this for assistance.

If you choose this Material Handling option, you may leave your properly packaged items complete with return shipping labels and a bill of lading in your booth and we will pick them up and take them to the loading dock of the facility. We will be the contact person for the carrier and assist them when they arrive in loading your items. You should arrange pick up of your items at the venue no later than the end of the time established for exhibitor tear-down.  Note: If the weight of items returned differs from what is purchased, you will be invoiced for the difference. This is a service only and does not include freight costs to return your item, nor do we arrange the carrier to pick up your items.
