factor 110 is the official tradeshow coordinator for the CASE Annual Conference 2023. Our goal is to make your experience exhibiting at the show valuable and stress free. Our online exhibitor memo has been created to make sure you have all the tools necessary for a successful show. Please review the important information below and reach out to us with any questions.

Standard Booth Package
The standard exhibit booth will contain the following. Double booths will receive double tables and chairs.

  • Company identification sign
  • 10' deep x 10' wide space with pipe and drape
  • 6' table with spandex linen
  • 2 folding chairs
  • Wastebasket

Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit hall is carpeted. The installation of carpet over existing carpet is not permitted, therefore carpet is not available for this show.

Official Freight Carrier
There is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments should be arranged with your preferred carrier, however if you will be shipping items in to or out of the Advance Warehouse, Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Advance Shipment of Materials" below for additional information.

A factor 110 representative will be available on-site during installation, exhibit hall hours and dismantle. If you need assistance, please contact your tradeshow manager.

Exhibitors are encouraged to order by the deadline. Orders after the deadline and on-site will be accommodated whenever possible, but will be assessed an additional $75.00 surcharge per order.

Power may be ordered through the David L. Lawrence Convention Center by using this link. You must create an account to purchase your power. Please direct any power inquiries to Sean Holsing at

No Coinciding Events
Vendors are not permitted to hold events coinciding with scheduled conference activities.


Advance Shipment of Materials
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling orders will be held until an order is made and paid for. Self Carry-In
The David L. Lawrence Convention Center is a union ran facility. Self-carry of booth materials is only allowed if done by hand (no carts, dollies, etc). Self-construction of your booth is permitted as long as power tools are not required. Violations may result in a fine.

These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.

Rental Term
All items rented from factor 110 from this site are for a rental term of the show duration. All items, including the standard booth items, should be left in the booth at the end of the show. Any items found to be missing will be subject to a replacement fee.

Care of Rental Items
Attaching signage or any other items to the pipe, drape, tables or other furniture in a way that will cause permanent damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.

Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
