Official Freight Carrier
There is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments should be arranged with your preferred carrier, however if you will be utilizing the advance warehouse, Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Material Handling Options" below for additional information.

A 110 tradeshow representative will be available on-site during installation, exhibit hall hours and dismantle. If you need assistance, please contact your tradeshow manager.

Additional Furnishings
To order additional tables, chairs or other furnishings for your booth, visit www.110tradeshow.com, or just use the links on the left side of this page. When prompted for the Show Code at checkout, please enter NWA22.

Exhibitors are encouraged to order by the deadline. Orders after the deadline and on-site will be accommodated whenever possible, but will be accessed an additional $75.00 surcharge per order.

Power
To order power, please click here. When prompted for the Show Code at checkout, please enter NWA22.

Exhibitors are encouraged to order power by the deadline. Orders for power or Internet after the deadline and on-site will include an additional $30.00 special run fee.

Wi-Fi and Internet Services
Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available. For additional options, please reach out to Addison with On Site Audio Visual at aanderson@onservices.com.

Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors will have the option to scan a QR code on attendee badges to collect attendee’s names and email addresses. Exhibitors will need to provide their own mobile device to scan the code. To participate, please watch for an email soon on how to download Whova and create your account.

MATERIAL HANDLING OPTIONS

Shipment of Materials - Advance Warehouse
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling Orders will be held until an order is made and paid for. Shipment of Materials - Show Location
Materials may be shipped to the hotel. Please see this form for important information and to order services. factor 110 / 110 tradeshow accepts no responsibility for materials shipped to the show location and is unable to assist with locating or delivering such packages.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may carry in smaller items such as totes, rolling cases, and carts. Pallets or anything requiring a pallet jack may not be brought in through public doors. Such items should be shipped to the advance warehouse, or you may purchase material handling services on-site to have these items brought in through the dock.

BOOTH AND SPACE REGULATIONS
These are general regulations and are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.

Your Booth Space
All contents of your booth space should be confined to your assigned space. No items, including furnishings, banners, containers or persons should be placed outside the space or in other areas of the exhibit hall. 

Care of Space and Facility
Attaching signage or any items to the pipe, drape, tables or furniture in a way that will cause permanent or temporary damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.

Attaching signage or any items to the venues walls or other property is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage venue property may be accessed additional fees.

Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
