Standard Booth Package
The standard exhibit booth will contain the following. Double booths will receive double tables and chairs.

  • Company identification sign
  • 10' deep x 10' wide space with pipe and drape
  • 6' table with spandex linen
  • 2 folding chairs
  • Wastebasket

Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit hall is not carpeted. Carpet may be ordered at an additional fee.

Official Freight Carrier
There is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments should be arranged with your preferred carrier, however if you will be shipping items, Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Advance Shipment of Materials" below for additional information.

Additional Furnishings
To order additional tables, chairs or other furnishings for your booth, visit www.110tradeshow.com, or just use the links on the left side of this page. When prompted for the Show Code at checkout, please enter PWS22.

Exhibitors are encouraged to order by the deadline. Orders after the deadline and on-site will be accommodated whenever possible, but will be accessed an additional $75.00 surcharge per order. 

Material Handling

Power and Internet
Power is not included unless ordered. General conference Wi-Fi will be available. If you require power, that should be ordered ahead of exhibitor install. Click here to order power. When prompted for the Show Code at checkout, please enter PWS22.

Exhibitors are encouraged to order power and Internet services by the deadline. Orders for power or Internet after the deadline and on-site will include an additional $30.00 special run fee.

 MATERIAL HANDLING OPTIONS

Advance Shipment of Materials
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling orders will be held until an order is made and paid for. See our Material Handling FAQ if you have questions.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may carry in smaller items, small rolling cases, and small carts. Show services does not provide carts or assistance for self carry-in.

Pallets, flat carts, or anything requiring a pallet jack may not be brought in by the exhibitor. Such items should be shipped to the advance warehouse, or you may purchase material handling services on-site to have these items brought in through the dock.

BOOTH AND SPACE REGULATIONS
These are general regulations and are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.

Your Booth Space
All contents of your booth space should be confined to your assigned space. No items, including furnishings, banners, containers or persons should be placed outside the space or in other areas of the exhibit hall. 

Care of Space and Facility
Attaching signage or any items to the pipe, drape, tables or furniture in a way that will cause permanent or temporary damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.

Attaching signage or any items to the venues walls or other property is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage venue property may be accessed additional fees.

Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
