Exhibitors are encouraged to pre-order any additional items. Very little excess inventory will be on hand. Orders on-site will be accommodated whenever possible, but are subject to a $75.00 special delivery fee. Orders for power on-site are subject to a $30.00 special run fee.

Advance Shipment Addresses

Material handling must be purchased to ship the advance warehouse. No items are permitted to be shipped directly to the venue. They will be rejected. Please keep in mind the important dates listed above.
