Shipments may be picked up at Venue
To pick up at venue, you should tear down at 2:00 pm and arrange for a carrier pick up by end of day Saturday. Outbound Material Handling (via pick up at show) should be ordered through tradeshow services. If shipment is not picked up by 10:00 pm, it will be put on truck to OKC and should be picked up there on the date indicated below. Additional fees will apply.

Shipments may be picked up at Advance Warehouse (OKC)
To pick up at the advance warehouse (OKC), you may tear down at either 2:00 or 8:00 pm and arrange for a carrier pick up by end of day Thursday, Feb 14. Outbound Material Handling (via pick up at warehouse) should be ordered through tradeshow services.

On-Site Orders
Exhibitors are encouraged to pre-order, as very little excess inventory will be on hand. **Orders placed after the "last day to order" date, including on-site orders, will be accommodated whenever possible, but are subject to a $75.00 special delivery fee.

The power charge will be an additional $150 for orders made after Tuesday, January 1, 2019 (this includes orders on-site).

Advance Shipment of Materials
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling Orders will be held until an order is made and paid for. Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may carry in smaller items such as totes, rolling cases, and carts. Pallets or anything requiring a pallet jack may not be brought in through public doors. Such items should be shipped to the advance warehouse, or you may purchase material handling services on-site to have these items brought in through the dock.
