factor 110 is the official tradeshow coordinator for the SPSP 2023 Annual Convention. Our goal is to make your experience exhibiting at the show valuable and stress free. Our online exhibitor memo has been created to make sure you have all the tools necessary for a successful show. Please review the important information below and reach out to us with any questions.

Standard Booth Package
The standard exhibit booth will contain the following. Double booths will receive double tables and chairs.

  • Company identification sign
  • 10' deep x 10' wide space with pipe and drape
  • 6' table with spandex linen
  • 2 folding chairs
  • Wastebasket

Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit hall is carpeted. Additional booth carpet, if desired, may be ordered using the menu at upper left.

Official Freight Carrier
There is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments may be arranged with your preferred carrier, however if you will be shipping items either to the Advance Warehouse or the Hyatt, Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Advance Shipment of Materials" below for additional information.

Service Desk
A factor 110 representative will be available on-site during installation, exhibit hall hours and dismantle. If you need assistance, please contact your tradeshow manager. Their information will be on a card left at your booth.

Additional Furnishings

Exhibitors are encouraged to order by the deadline. Orders after the deadline and on-site will be accommodated whenever possible, but will be accessed an additional $75.00 surcharge per order.

Power and Internet
Power and Internet services can be ordered through Encore EventNow. Services must be ordered by Monday, February 20, 2023. If you have any questions about order services, please call 404.460.6557. factor 110 is unable to answer questions regarding ordering power and Internet.

Lead Retrieval
There is not a lead retrieval service available for this show.

MATERIAL HANDLING OPTIONS

Advance Shipment of Materials (Option 1: Advance Warehouse)
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time.  Items received at the Advance Warehouse will be confirmed and delivered directly to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Complimentary storage will be available for items during the show, upon request.

Advance Shipment of Materials (Option 2: FedEx Office at the Hyatt)
The FedEx Office business center at the Hyatt will accept incoming exhibitor materials up to 200 lbs. Neither factor 110 tradeshow nor SPSP accepts any responsibility for materials sent to the Hyatt. Packages will need to be picked up at the FedEx Office business center and will not be delivered to booth. Payment will be due at the time of receiving items. factor 110 does not provide during-show storage for items shipped to FedEx Office.

Outbound Options
factor 110 offers outbound handling options that may be added when ordering inbound services. Please see this form for more information.

FedEx Office also offers outbound options if you wish to ship out via FedEx directly from the show. Please see this form for more information.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may carry in smaller items, small rolling cases, and small carts. Show services does not provide carts or assistance for self carry-in.

Pallets, flat carts, or anything requiring a pallet jack may not be brought in by the exhibitor. Such items should be advance shipped.

USE OF SPACE AND RENTAL ITEMS
These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.

Rental Term
All items rented from factor 110 from this site are for a rental term of the show duration. All items, including the standard booth items, should be left in the booth at the end of the show. Any items found to be missing will be subject to a replacement fee.

Care of Rental Items
Attaching signage or any other items to the pipe, drape, tables or other furniture in a way that will cause permanent damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.

Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
