The exhibit hall is not carpeted. To order carpet, please see "Where to Order Additional Items" below. Ordering of carpet is not required.
Official Freight Carrier
factor 110 offers an Advance Warehouse but there is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments should be arranged with your preferred carrier, however if you will be shipping items in to or out of the Advance Warehouse, Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Advance Shipment of Materials" below for additional information.
Service Desk
A factor 110 tradeshow representative will be available on-site during installation, exhibit hall hours and dismantle. If you need assistance, please contact your tradeshow manager. The service desk will be located at the front of the hall, near the main entrance (across from booth 1609).

Exhibitors are encouraged to order by the deadline. Orders after the deadline and on-site will be accommodated whenever possible, but will be assessed an additional $75.00 surcharge per order.

*Early installation is for Premier Sponsors and booths larger than 10x10 only. Others booths will not be ready for installation until 5:00 pm. Please do not arrive early - your booth, materials, and/or add-ons may not be ready.
MATERIAL HANDLING OPTIONS
Option 1: Shipment of Materials - Advance Warehouse
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling orders will be held until an order is made and paid for.

Option 2: Shipment of Materials - Show Site (Freight Only)
The Baltimore Convention Center will not accept advance shipments prior to factor 110 arriving onsite - they will be refused. We highly encourage all freight (pallets and crates) to be directed to the Advanced Warehouse. If you need to ship freight to the convention center, factor 110 can accept your delivery of freight on Tuesday, March 11 only. Material handling fees will apply. If you need to use this option, please email brad@factor110.com for full details - including important information that will need to be shared with your carrier.
Do not ship small packages to the center - they will be refused. Small packages must be shipped to the Advanced Warehouse. If you are unable to ship to the Advanced Warehouse, we suggest you check with your hotel or a UPS or FedEx store near the convention center to see if they will accept and hold your delivery. Here is a list of nearby business centers.
Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may carry in smaller items such as totes, rolling cases, and carts through public doors. Pallets or anything requiring a pallet jack may not be brought in through public doors. Such items should be shipped to the advance warehouse, or you may purchase material handling services on-site to have these items brought in through the dock. A limited number of dollies and carts will be available at the service desk for exhibitor check out if needed.
Loading Dock Access
If you or your carrier will need access to the loading dock, please fully review this important information.
Collection of Empty Containers
Empty containers will be picked up regularly from the floor Tuesday from 2:00 - 8:00 pm and Wednesday from 8:00 am - noon. Please contact your tradeshow manager when you are ready for empty containers to be picked up and/or if you need empty labels. Please note all empties must be off the floor by noon Wednesday - schedule your installation arrival time accordingly.
OUTGOING MATERIALS
Return of Empty Containers
The return of stored empty containers will begin at approximately 1:30 pm Friday, once the floor is clear of attendees. Please note this process will take some time and while we will work to return empties as quickly as possible, not everyone will receive their containers right away. We are unable to accommodate early return requests. If you have any empties that you will need right away, we recommend storing them inside your booth.
Material Handling
For your convenience, factor 110 can handle transporting your outgoing materials from your booth to UPS, FedEx, or a LTL carrier. All outgoing materials with Material Handling orders can be left in the booth. For UPS and FedEx Ground / Express packages, please have a return label on your package. We will schedule a pickup from our warehouse. For LTL carrier pickups (pallets/crates), please arrange a pickup with your preferred carrier at either the Baltimore Convention Center or Advanced Warehouse (on the dates specified under "Important Dates" and email the BOL to brad@factor110.com. Please note factor 110 does not provide freight services or make arrangements with any carrier.
No Material Handling
Outgoing materials without Material Handling orders are the responsibility of the exhibitor to return. Any packages left without a Material Handling order placed will be considered abandoned.
We highly suggest ordering Material Handling services for for LTL carrier pickups (pallets/crates). If Material Handling services are not ordered, you carrier will be responsible for picking up your pallet/crate at your booth. factor 110 will not transport it to the dock.
USE OF SPACE AND RENTAL ITEMS
These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.
Rental Term
All items rented from factor 110 from this site are for a rental term of the show duration. All items, including the standard booth items, should be left in the booth at the end of the show. Any items found to be missing will be subject to a replacement fee.
Care of Rental Items
Attaching signage or any other items to the pipe, drape, tables or other furniture in a way that will cause permanent damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.
Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
