Our goal is to make your experience exhibiting at the show valuable and stress-free. Our online exhibitor guide has been created to make sure you have all the tools necessary for a successful show. Standard Booth Package
The standard exhibit booth will contain the following.
- Company identification sign
- 10' deep x 10' wide space with pipe and drape
- 6' table with spandex linen
- 2 folding chairs
- Wastebasket
- Power
Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit hall is carpeted and no additional carpet may be installed.
Official Freight Carrier
factor 110 offers an Advanced Warehouse and inbound and outbound material handling services, but there is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments should be arranged with your preferred carrier, however Material Handling services must be ordered to transport the material from your carrier to your booth and from your booth back to the carrier. See "Material Handling Options" below for additional information.
Service Desk - For Assistance On Site
A factor 110 representative will be available on-site during installation, exhibit hall hours and dismantle. If you need assistance, please contact your tradeshow manager. Their information will be on a card left at your booth.

Additional Furnishings

Exhibitors are encouraged to order by the deadline. Orders after the deadline and on-site will be accommodated whenever possible but will be accessed an additional $75.00 surcharge per order.

Lead Retrieval
Lead retrieval capabilities will be available within the conference app, Whova. Additional information will be sent via email.

MATERIAL HANDLING OPTIONS
Advance Shipment of Materials
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling orders will be held until an order is made and paid for.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may carry in smaller items, small rolling cases, and small carts. Show services does not provide carts or assistance for self carry-in.
Pallets, flat carts, or anything requiring a pallet jack may not be brought in by the exhibitor. Such items should be shipped to the advance warehouse, or you may purchase material handling services on-site to have these items brought in by factor 110.
USE OF SPACE AND RENTAL ITEMS
These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.
Rental Term
All items rented from factor 110 from this site are for a rental term of the show duration. All items, including the standard booth items, should be left in the booth at the end of the show. Any items found to be missing will be subject to a replacement fee.
Care of Rental Items
Attaching signage or any other items to the pipe, drape, tables or other furniture in a way that will cause permanent damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.
Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
