factor 110 is the official tradeshow coordinator for the AWA Conference Trade Show. Our goal is to make your experience exhibiting at the show valuable and stress free. Our online exhibitor guide has been created to make sure you have all the tools necessary for a successful show. Please review the important information below and reach out to us with any questions.

Standard Booth Package
The standard exhibit booth will contain the following. Double booths will receive double tables and chairs.
- Company identification sign
- 8' deep x 10' wide space with pipe and drape
- 6' table with spandex linen
- 2 folding chairs
- Wastebasket
Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit hall is carpeted. The installation of carpet over existing carpet is not permitted, therefore carpet is not available for this show.
Official Freight Carrier
factor 110 offers an Advance Warehouse but there is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments may be arranged with your preferred carrier, however if you will be shipping items in to or out of the Advance Warehouse or venue (when applicable), Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Advance Shipment of Materials" below for additional information.
Service Desk
A factor 110 representative will only be on site for exhibitor setup and dismantle to service orders placed in advance. No orders will be taken onsite. If you need any additional items for your booth, those should be ordered in advance before the stated deadline.

MATERIAL HANDLING OPTIONS
Advance Shipment of Materials
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling Orders will be held until an order is made and paid for.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors are permitted to carry in their own items. Items that can be self-carried in without using carts, dollies, or pallet jacks may come in the main entrances. All other move-in should come through the dock. Show services does not provide the use of carts or dollies for self carry-in.
USE OF SPACE AND RENTAL ITEMS
These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.
Rental Term
All items rented from factor 110 from this site are for a rental term of the show duration. All items, including the standard booth items, should be left in the booth at the end of the show. Any items found to be missing will be subject to a replacement fee.
Care of Rental Items
Attaching signage or any other items to the pipe, drape, tables or other furniture in a way that will cause permanent damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.
Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
