factor 110 is the official tradeshow coordinator for the CALEA 2023 Summer Conference. Our goal is to make your experience exhibiting at the show valuable and stress free. Our online exhibitor memo has been created to make sure you have all the tools necessary for a successful show. Please review the important information below and reach out to us with any questions.

Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit hall is carpeted. The ordering of additional carpet is not required.
Official Freight Carrier
There is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments should be arranged with your preferred LTL carrier, UPS or FedEx. If you will be utilizing the advance warehouse, Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Material Handling Options" below for additional information.
All outbound freight should be return labeled and left in the booth for pickup by factor 110 staff. For LTL carriers, please schedule a pickup with your preferred carrier on the date indicated under "Important Dates." For UPS or FedEx, factor 110 will return packages to our Advance Warehouse and schedule a pickup.
Outside Contractors
factor 110 does not require paperwork or credentials for any outside contractors working during the appointed install and/or dismantle times.
Service Desk
A factor 110 tradeshow representative will be available only during exhibitor installation and dismantle hours. If you need assistance, please contact your tradeshow manager. Their information will be on a card on your table.

Additional Items and Furnishings
To order additional tables, chairs or other furnishings for your booth, visit www.110tradeshow.com, or use the menu on the left side of this page. When prompted for the Show Code at checkout, please enter CALEA23.
Exhibitors are encouraged to order by the deadline. Orders after the deadline and on-site will be accommodated whenever possible, but will be accessed an additional $75.00 surcharge per order.
Power
Power is not included in your booth. To order power for your booth, please order through this form.

On-Site Orders
**Exhibitors are encouraged to pre-order, as very little excess inventory will be on hand. Orders placed after the "last day to order" date, including on-site orders, will be accommodated whenever possible, but are subject to a $75.00 special delivery fee.

Advance Shipment of Materials
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling orders will be held until an order is made and paid for.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may carry in smaller items, small rolling cases, and small carts. Show services does not provide carts or assistance for self carry-in.
Pallets, flat carts, or anything requiring a pallet jack may not be brought in through public doors. Such items should be shipped to the advance warehouse.
USE OF SPACE AND RENTAL ITEMS
These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.
Rental Term
All items rented from factor 110 from this site are for a rental term of the show duration. All items, including the standard booth items, should be left in the booth at the end of the show. Any items found to be missing will be subject to a replacement fee.
Care of Rental Items
Attaching signage or any other items to the pipe, drape, tables or other furniture in a way that will cause permanent damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.
Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
