factor 110 is the official tradeshow coordinator for the CASE Annual Conference 2024. Our goal is to make your experience exhibiting at the show valuable and stress free. Our online exhibitor memo has been created to make sure you have all the tools necessary for a successful show. Please review the important information below and reach out to us with any questions.

Standard Booth Package
The standard exhibit booth will contain the following. Double booths will receive double tables and chairs.

  • Company identification sign
  • 10' deep x 10' wide space with pipe and drape
  • 6' table with spandex linen
  • 2 folding chairs
  • Wastebasket

Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit hall is not carpeted. Carpet may be ordered for your booth, but it is not required.

Official Freight Carrier
factor 110 offers an Advance Warehouse, but there is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments should be arranged with your preferred carrier, however if you will be shipping items in to or out of the Advance Warehouse, Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Advance Shipment of Materials" below for additional information.

Outside Contractors
factor 110 does not require paperwork or credentials for any outside contractors working during the appointed install and/or dismantle times.

Service Desk
A factor 110 representative will be available on-site during installation, exhibit hall hours and dismantle. If you need assistance, please contact your tradeshow manager. Their contact information will be on a welcome letter at your table.

Exhibitors are encouraged to order by the deadline. Orders after the deadline and on-site will be accommodated whenever possible, but will be assessed an additional $75.00 surcharge per order. 

Material Handling
To order Material Handling, please see "Advance Shipment of Materials" below.

Power and Internet
Power may be ordered directly through the Savannah Convention Center. Please follow the instructions below.

  3. Select your event to begin the ordering process
  4. Create an account or login to use an existing account

Note: if you do not know your booth number at the time of ordering, enter 000.

No Coinciding Events
Vendors are not permitted to hold events coinciding with scheduled conference activities.

MATERIAL HANDLING OPTIONS

Advanced Shipment of Materials
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without a paid Material Handling order will be invoiced plus a $50 fee and will be held until the material handling invoice is paid.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may use public doors to carry in smaller items and rolling cases and/or utilize small carts or dollies. Anything requiring a pallet jack should not be brought in through public doors and should be advance shipped to the advanced warehouse instead. Show services does not provide assistance for self carry-in. 

USE OF SPACE AND RENTAL ITEMS
These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.

Rental Term
All items rented from factor 110 from this site are for a rental term of the show duration. All items, including the standard booth items, should be left in the booth at the end of the show. Any items found to be missing will be subject to a replacement fee.

Care of Rental Items
Attaching signage or any other items to the pipe, drape, tables or other furniture in a way that will cause permanent damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.

Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
