Official Freight Carrier
factor 110 offers an Advance Warehouse but there is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments should be arranged with your preferred carrier, however if you will be shipping items in to or out of the Advance Warehouse, Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Advance Shipment of Materials" below for additional information..

Outside Contractors
factor 110 does not require paperwork or credentials for any outside contractors working during the appointed install and/or dismantle times.

Service Desk
A factor 110 tradeshow representative will be available on-site during installation, exhibit hall hours and dismantle. If you need assistance, please contact your tradeshow manager. Their information will be on a card on your table.

Additional Items and Furnishings

Exhibitors are encouraged to order by the deadline. Orders after the deadline and on-site will be accommodated whenever possible, but will be accessed an additional $75.00 surcharge per order. 

Power / Additional Internet Options
Power is not included in your booth. To order power for your booth, please visit the link below. General Wi-Fi is included with your booth, but if you require other Internet options, please visit the link below.

On-Site Orders
*Exhibitors are encouraged to pre-order, as very little excess inventory will be on hand. Orders placed after the deadline, including on-site orders, will be accommodated whenever possible, but will be charged a $75.00 additional fee.

MATERIAL HANDLING OPTIONS

Advanced Shipment of Materials
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without a paid Material Handling order will be invoiced plus a $50 fee and will be held until the material handling invoice is paid.

Shipping Direct to Oklahoma City Convention Center
The Oklahoma City Convention Center does not permit any UPS/FedEx small package advance shipments. Such items should be directed to the Advanced Warehouse. Freight shipments only will be accepted by factor 110 on Tuesday, June 11 from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. A material handling order and advanced notice is required. Freight received without a paid Material Handling order will be invoiced plus a $50 fee and will be held until the material handling invoice is paid. factor 110 or CCOSA is not responsible for any items shipped directly to the convention center outside these restrictions.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may carry in smaller items, small rolling cases, and small carts through public doors.  Show services does not provide carts or assistance for self carry-in.

Flat carts or pallet jacks may not be brought in through public doors. Such items should be advance shipped or brought in through the dock.

If you require the use of the Oklahoma City Convention Center dock for load in, check in at the south guard shack at the rear of the building (off Broadway). Dock load in will be permitted Wednesday, June 12 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. There is no parking at the dock. Exhibitors should unload and then immediately move to a designated parking area. This will be strictly enforced and cars parked for longer than 30 minutes will be subject to towing.

Parking Options:

  • Convention Center Parking Garage. 15 SW 4th Street. Entrance located on Mick Cornett Dr off Shields. $10 per day. Garage is connected to convention center via a skywalk on Level 3.
  • Lot Parking. Robinson Ave. and SW 6th St, immediately south of convention center. $10 per day.

USE OF SPACE AND RENTAL ITEMS
These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.

Rental Term
All items rented from factor 110 from this site are for a rental term of the show duration. All items, including the standard booth items, should be left in the booth at the end of the show. Any items found to be missing will be subject to a replacement fee.

Care of Rental Items
Attaching signage or any other items to the pipe, drape, tables, linens, or other furniture in a way that will cause permanent damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.

Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
