Official Freight Carrier
There is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments should be arranged with your preferred LTL carrier, UPS or FedEx. If you will be utilizing the advance warehouse, Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Material Handling Options" below for additional information.

All outbound freight should be return labeled and left in the booth for pickup by factor 110 staff. For LTL carriers, please schedule a pickup with your preferred carrier on the date indicated under "Important Dates." For UPS or FedEx, factor 110 will return packages to our Advance Warehouse and schedule a pickup.

Service Desk
A factor 110 tradeshow representative will be available on-site during installation, exhibit hall hours and dismantle. Their contact information will be on a card at your booth.

Additional Items and Furnishings
To order carpet, additional tables, chairs or other furnishings for your booth, visit, or use the menu on the left side of this page. When prompted for the Show Code at checkout, please enter HFE23.

Exhibitors are encouraged to order by the deadline. Orders after the deadline and on-site will be accommodated whenever possible, but will be accessed an additional $75.00 surcharge per order.

Shipment of Materials - Advance Warehouse
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling Orders will be held until an order is made and paid for. Advance Shipment of Materials - Oklahoma City Convention Center
If you are shipping several pallets or a truckload via a carrier and prefer to deliver directly to the Oklahoma City Convention Center, this is allowed with certain restrictions.

Shipments at the convention center will ONLY be accepted during specific days and times posted below.

This is when factor 110 will be onsite to accept deliveries. The convention center will not accept deliveries outside of this window. Do not ship any items to the convention center via UPS/FedEx/USPS.

You must still order material handling, per the instructions available here, but the carrier may deliver to the address below.

The dock is located at rear of building, off Shields Blvd. Contact factor 110 for guidance once the carrier arrives (580.272.0027). 

Please email in advance of any carrier deliveries to the convention center. Provide day, approximate time of delivery and carrier name (or send us copy of BOL) so we will be expecting your carrier. We cannot be responsible for any deliveries we do not personally receive.

Self Carry-In / Parking
Exhibitors may carry in smaller items including rolling cases and carts. Show services does not provide carts or assistance for self carry-in. Entrances to the convention center are located on Robinson Ave. There are limited pull off areas on Robinson for attended unloading. Do not leave vehicles unattended in this area.

Parking Options:

  • Convention Center Parking Garage. 15 SW 4th Street. Entrance located on 5th Street off Shields. $10 per day. Garage is connected to convention center via a skywalk.
  • Lot Parking. Robinson Ave. and SW 6th St, immediately south of convention center. $10 per day.

These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.

Rental Term
All items rented from factor 110 from this site are for a rental term of the show duration. All items, including the standard booth items, should be left in the booth at the end of the show. Any items found to be missing will be subject to a replacement fee.

Care of Rental Items
Attaching signage or any other items to the pipe, drape, tables or other furniture in a way that will cause permanent damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.

Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
