Official Freight Carrier
There is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments should be arranged with your preferred carrier, however if you will be utilizing the advance warehouse, Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Material Handling Options" below for additional information.
Service Desk
A factor 110 representative will be available on-site during installation, exhibit hall hours and dismantle. If you need assistance, please contact your tradeshow manager. Their contact information will be on a card at your booth.

Exhibitors are encouraged to order by the deadline. Orders after the deadline and on-site will be accommodated whenever possible, but will be assessed an additional $75.00 surcharge per order.

Important notes:
- The site has Dedicated Internet price listed "per day." This is incorrect, it is for the duration of the conference. You only need to add one quantity.
- Please be aware that there is a price for "Shared" and "Dedicated" Internet. The Shared Internet is the more economical and suggested option unless you truly need a dedicated connection to your booth.
Labor
If you need assistance installing and/or dismantling your booth, please click "Labor Services" on the menu at left for more information. Please note this is a weekend setup and the appropriate after hours labor should be ordered.
Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors will have the option to scan a QR code on attendee badges to collect attendee’s names and email addresses. Exhibitors will need to provide their own mobile device to scan the code. To participate, please watch for an email soon on how to download Whova and create your account.

MATERIAL HANDLING OPTIONS
Shipment of Materials - Advance Warehouse (Recommended)
factor 110 will accept any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling Orders will be held until an order is made and paid for.

Shipment of Materials - Show Location
factor 110 will accept freight shipments at the show location on Saturday, September 14 from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm only. Advanced notice and a material handling order will be required. Contact brad@factor110.com for full details.
If you need to ship to the show location prior to Saturday, September 14, you will need to order material handling services through the Irving Convention Center through this link. Please note factor 110 or NWA accepts no responsibility for material handling services ordered through Irving Convention Center, including providing assistance for lost/misplaced items or transporting items to/from your booth.
If you need to send small package services (i.e. UPS/FedEx Ground/Express) to the show location, you will need to order material handling services through the Irving Convention Center through this link. Self Carry-In
Exhibitors moving in freight must come through the convention center loading docks only and transport items by freight elevators (when applicable). Passenger elevators or escalators are prohibited for transporting booths or freight. No parking is allowed in the dock area. Exhibitors should immediately move to a parking area after unloading/loading their items. Unless material handling services are ordered, factor 110 does not provide assistance or dollies/carts for unloading/loading.
USE OF SPACE AND RENTAL ITEMS
These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.
Your Booth Space
All contents of your booth space should be confined to your assigned space. No items, including furnishings, banners, containers or persons should be placed outside the space or in other areas of the exhibit hall.
Care of Space and Facility
Attaching signage or any items to the pipe, drape, tables or furniture in a way that will cause permanent or temporary damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.
Attaching signage or any items to the venues walls or other property is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage venue property may be accessed additional fees.
Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
