There is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments should be arranged with your preferred carrier, however if you will be utilizing the advance warehouse, Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Material Handling Options" below for additional information.

Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors will have the option to scan a QR code on attendee badges to collect attendee’s names and email addresses. Exhibitors will need to provide their own mobile device to scan the code. To participate, please watch for an email soon on how to download Whova and create your account.

Last day for advance shipments to arrive (3:00 pm)

Advance shipments will be delivered to booths by 1:00 pm
Empties will be collected until 6:00 pm**

MATERIAL HANDLING OPTIONS

Shipment of Materials - Advance Warehouse (Recommended)
factor 110 will accept any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling Orders will be held until an order is made and paid for.

Shipment of Materials - Show Location
factor 110 will accept freight shipments at the show location on Saturday, September 6 from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm only. Advanced notice and a material handling order will be required. Contact brad@factor110.com for full details.

Only freight shipments will be accepted at the show location. All Ground/Express packages must come to the advanced warehouse.

Please note factor 110 or NWA accepts no responsibility for materials shipped outside of these instructions.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may use a cart or hand carry items on the front Saturn Curb. Anything that requires a pallet jack and/or larger equipment must come in through the dock. Unless material handling services are ordered, factor 110 does not provide assistance or dollies/carts for unloading/loading.

USE OF SPACE AND RENTAL ITEMS
These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.

Your Booth Space
All contents of your booth space should be confined to your assigned space. No items, including furnishings, banners, containers or persons should be placed outside the space or in other areas of the exhibit hall. 

Care of Space and Facility
Attaching signage or any items to the pipe, drape, tables or furniture in a way that will cause permanent or temporary damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.

Attaching signage or any items to the venues walls or other property is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage venue property may be accessed additional fees.

Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
