 *No Early Installation: No Installation, delivery, or third-party labor set-up will be permitted before posted times. Any early arrival will be turned away. Any delivery to the floor will be rejected prior to official installation.

**No Shipments Held after Tradeshow: Any freight or package pickup scheduled after Dismantle window must be cleared/authorized by the tradeshow manager and the venue. Any pallets, equipment, or packages scheduled for pick up after Saturday, April 1, may be endangered of being lost or trashed.

Drayage Handling Service Recommended: Materials will be delivered to the exhibit booth prior to exhibitor installation. Materials without material handling orders will be held until an order is made and paid for. Drayage services are recommended to ensure the safety and delivery of your items.

No Guarantees for Venue Shipments: OAOP and Tradeshow Management are not responsible for materials shipped directly to the venue. Shipping to the venue does not guarantee materials will be available at booth upon installation. Shipments to the hotel DO NOT include early labor installation. The Embassy Suites Norman offers the following group rate of $135 by Monday, February 27. Room reservations may be made at by calling 405-365-8040 and mentioning group code OAO or click here to make reservations online. The Embassy Suites offers a complimentary breakfast for hotel guests.

Attendees
The standard 8 x 10 booth will accommodate two (2) attendees per booth. Premium 8 x 20 booths will accommodate up to six (6) attendees. An additional $150 charge will be added for each additional representative. Complete this online form to register your attending representative(s) before March 15.

Drawing for Free Booth
Early teardown is highly discouraged and could affect your placement at future tradeshows. As an appreciation to those companies that stay the entire show without dismantling early will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary 2024 OAOP Vision Summit booth. The drawing will be held at the close of exhibit hall and company representative must be present to collect the gift certificate.
