factor 110 is the official tradeshow coordinator for the ORA Expo 2025. Our goal is to make your experience exhibiting at the show valuable and stress free. Our online exhibitor memo has been created to make sure you have all the tools necessary for a successful show. Please review the important information below and reach out to us with any questions.

Standard Package
Please note only 10x20 and 20x20 booths include a standard setup.

10x30 or larger booths will be a marked space only. Any desired pipe and drape or furniture should be ordered through this site. Any pipe and drape or furniture added onsite will be at the exhibitor's expense plus a $75 onsite fee.

Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit hall is not carpeted. We offer bound plush carpet or carpet tiles for rent.

Official Freight Carrier
factor 110 offers an advance warehouse and material handling services, but there is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments should be arranged with your preferred carrier. If you will be shipping items in or out of the Advance Warehouse or need other material handling services, see "Advance Shipment of Materials" below for a how to order.

Service Desk
A factor 110 tradeshow representative will be available on-site during installation, show hours, and dismantle. Their contact information will be on a welcome letter at your booth.

Orders after the deadline and on-site will be fulfilled whenever possible, but will incur an additional $75 surcharge per order.

MATERIAL HANDLING OPTIONS

Advanced Warehouse
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling Orders will be held until an order is made and paid for.

Shipping Direct to Oklahoma City Convention Center
The Oklahoma City Convention Center does not permit any UPS/FedEx small package advance shipments. Such items should be directed to the Advanced Warehouse. Freight shipments only will be accepted by factor 110 on Monday, August 26 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. A material handling order and advanced notice is required. Freight received without a paid Material Handling order will be invoiced plus a $50 fee and will be held until the material handling invoice is paid. factor 110 or ORA is not responsible for any items shipped directly to the convention center outside these restrictions.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may carry in smaller items, small rolling cases, and small carts through public doors. Flat carts or pallet jacks may not be brought in through public doors. Such items should be advance shipped or brought in through the dock.

If you require the use of the Oklahoma City Convention Center dock for load in, check in at the south guard shack at the rear of the building (off Broadway). There is no parking at the dock. Exhibitors should unload and then immediately move to a designated parking area. This will be strictly enforced and parked cars will be subject to towing. Docks 6 through 14 may be used. All others are reserved and should not be used.

A limited number of carts and dollies will be available for exhibitor load-in / load-out. These may be checked out at the exhibitor services desk near the back of the hall. 

Parking Options:

  • Convention Center Parking Garage. 15 SW 4th Street. Entrance located on 5th Street off Shields. $10 per day. Garage is connected to convention center via a skywalk on Level 3.
  • Lot Parking. Robinson Ave. and SW 6th St, immediately south of convention center. $10 per day.

USE OF SPACE AND RENTAL ITEMS
These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth.

Rental Term
All items rented from factor 110 from this site are for a rental term of the show duration. All items, including the standard items, should be left at your booth at the end of the show. Any items found to be missing will be subject to a replacement fee.

Care of Rental Items
Attaching signage or any other items to the pipe, drape, tables or other furniture in a way that will cause permanent damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.

Excessive Trash / Stand Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
