How to Order

If you need help placing your order, please see the steps below. If you need any further assistance, please email brad@factor110.com.

  1. Shop for items and add them to your cart.
  2. When you are ready to check-out, click 'Cart' at top, right-hand side of your screen.
  3. Enter your Show Code. This will be in your show memo, available on the Upcoming Shows page of this site. If you still can't find it, just type something. We'll figure it out.
  4. Click 'Add a note to your order' if you need to add any special notes to your order.
  5. Review your order, and click 'Check Out'.
  6. If you have a Discount code, enter it in the box provided, and click Apply.
  7. On the left side of the screen, enter your email address and billing information. If you will be paying with a credit card, enter your credit card billing address here.
  8. Click 'Continue to payment method'.
  9. Enter your credit card information or, if you wish to pay by check, click 'Mailed Check'.
  10. Click 'Complete order'.
  11. You should receive a confirmation by email of your order.
  12. If you need to change anything on your order, let us know as soon as possible, but no later than two business days prior to the show.
