110 tradeshow is the official tradeshow coordinator for Produced Water Society - Permian Basin 2023. Our goal is to make your experience exhibiting at the show valuable and stress free. Standard Booth Package
The standard exhibit booth will contain the following. Double booths will receive double tables and chairs.

  • Company identification sign
  • 10' deep x 10' wide space with pipe and drape
  • 6' table with spandex linen
  • 2 folding chairs
  • Wastebasket

Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit hall is not carpeted. Carpet may be ordered at an additional fee.

Official Freight Carrier
There is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments should be arranged with your preferred LTL carrier, UPS or FedEx. If you will be utilizing the advance warehouse, Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Material Handling Options" below for additional information.

All outbound freight should be return labeled and left in the booth for pickup by factor 110 staff. For LTL carriers, please schedule a pickup with your preferred carrier on the date indicated under "Important Dates." For UPS or FedEx (other than freight), factor 110 will return packages to our Advance Warehouse and schedule a pickup.

Additional Furnishings
To order additional tables, chairs or other furnishings for your booth, visit www.110tradeshow.com, or just use the links on the left side of this page. When prompted for the Show Code at checkout, please enter PB23.

Exhibitors are encouraged to order by the deadline. Orders after the deadline and on-site will be accommodated whenever possible, but will be accessed an additional $75.00 surcharge per order. 

Material Handling
To order Material Handling, please see "Advance Shipment of Materials" below.

Power and Internet
Power is not included with the booth, but the venue will not charge you to plug into facility outlets. Please bring your own extension cords/power strips, or these may be rented from the venue or through factor 110 tradeshow. General conference Wi-Fi will be available.

Lead Retrieval
There is not a lead retrieval service available for this show.

MATERIAL HANDLING OPTIONS

Advance Shipment of Materials
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling orders will be held until an order is made and paid for. See our Material Handling FAQ if you have questions.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may carry in smaller items, small rolling cases, and small carts. Show services does not provide carts or assistance for self carry-in.

Pallets, flat carts, or anything requiring a pallet jack may not be brought in by the exhibitor. Such items should be shipped to the advance warehouse, or you may purchase material handling services on-site to have these items brought in through the dock.

USE OF SPACE AND RENTAL ITEMS
These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.

Rental Term
All items rented from factor 110 from this site are for a rental term of the show duration. All items, including the standard booth items, should be left in the booth at the end of the show. Any items found to be missing will be subject to a replacement fee.

Care of Rental Items
Attaching signage or any other items to the pipe, drape, tables or other furniture in a way that will cause permanent damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.

Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
