factor 110 is the official tradeshow coordinator for the SPSP 2025 Annual Convention. Our goal is to make your experience exhibiting at the show valuable and stress free. Our online exhibitor memo has been created to make sure you have all the tools necessary for a successful show. Please review the important information below and reach out to us with any questions.

Standard Booth Package
The standard exhibit booth will contain the following. Double booths will receive double tables and chairs.

  • Company identification sign
  • 10' deep x 10' wide space with pipe and drape
  • 6' table with spandex linen
  • 2 folding chairs
  • Wastebasket

Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit hall is not carpeted. Individual booth carpet is not required, but may be ordered through this site if desired.

Official Freight Carrier
factor 110 offers an Advance Warehouse but there is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments should be arranged with your preferred carrier, however if you will be shipping items in to or out of the Advance Warehouse, Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Advance Shipment of Materials" below for additional information.

Service Desk
A factor 110 representative will be available on-site during installation, exhibit hall hours and dismantle. If you need assistance, please contact your tradeshow manager. Their information will be on a card left at your booth.

Exhibitors are encouraged to order by the deadline. Orders after the deadline and on-site will be accommodated whenever possible, but will be accessed an additional $75.00 surcharge per order. 

Material Handling

Power and Internet
Power and Internet may be ordered through the Colorado Convention Center. Please see the documents below. A discounted rate is available if you place your order online by/on February 3. 

Lead Retrieval
Lead retrieval capabilities will be available within the conference app, Whova. Additional information will be sent via email.

Catering
Catering may be ordered through Sodexo Live! See https://denverconvention.com/exhibit-at-an-event/order-food-beverage for booth catering menu and policies.

MATERIAL HANDLING OPTIONS

Advance Shipment of Materials (Option 1: Advance Warehouse)
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling orders will be held until an order is made and paid for.

Advance Shipment of Materials (Option 2: Show Site)
factor 110 will accept freight carriers at the show site on Tuesday, February 18 or Wednesday, February 19 only. Freight carriers should arrive between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm MT. A material handling order will be required. The convention center will not accept shipments prior to Tuesday, February 18 -- they will be refused. Do not ship any packages (UPS, FedEx, etc) to the show site. All packages must come to the Advanced Warehouse.

To ship to the show site, notify brad@factor110.com to receive full details. Do not ship to the show site without notifying us. If we are not expecting your freight, we may not be available to receive it.

Outbound Options
factor 110 offers outbound handling options that may be added when ordering inbound services. Please see this form for more information.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may carry in smaller items such as totes, rolling cases, and carts through public doors. Pallets or anything requiring a pallet jack may not be brought in through public doors. Such items should be shipped to the advance warehouse, or you may purchase material handling services on-site to have these items brought in through the dock. Show services does not provide assistance or carts for self carry-in.

Office and Print Centers
The convention center does not have an office or print center onsite. Please see https://denverconvention.com/attend-an-event/office-print-ship-centers for nearby options.

USE OF SPACE AND RENTAL ITEMS
These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.

Rental Term
All items rented from factor 110 from this site are for a rental term of the show duration. All items, including the standard booth items, should be left in the booth at the end of the show. Any items found to be missing will be subject to a replacement fee.

Care of Rental Items
Attaching signage or any other items to the pipe, drape, tables or other furniture in a way that will cause permanent damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.

Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
