Your Booth Location/Number
We will be reaching out soon to allow exhibitors to choose their booth location. We will begin with sponsors, then paid exhibitors in the order that they registered.

Attendee List
Per the prospectus, the attendee list will be emailed only to sponsors of the conference 15 days before and 15 days after. The list will be emailed to the contact person on the registration.

Conference Bag Flyer
As an sponsor/exhibitor, you may provide a flyer that will be inserted into each conference bag. If you wish to participate, we will need 600 printed flyers delivered to our warehouse no later than Friday, April 13. The flyer is to be one sheet of paper and may be double-sided. Folded brochures are acceptable.

To order additional items for your booth, material handling, power and other items, please go to www.110tradeshow.com, or just use the links on the left side of this page. When prompted for the Show Code at checkout, please enter OKHR18.

On-Site Orders
Exhibitors are encouraged to pre-order, as very little excess inventory will be on hand. **Orders placed after the "last day to order" date, including on-site orders, will be accommodated whenever possible, but are subject to a $75.00 special delivery fee.

Orders for power placed after the "last day to order" date, including on-site orders, will include a $30.00 special run fee.

Advance Shipment of Materials
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling Orders will be held until an order is made and paid for. Shipping Direct to Hard Rock
We recommend that all materials are shipped to the advance shipment address as factor 110 will be able to receive and secure all items. However, exhibitors needing to send materials directly to the Hard Rock may do so with some restrictions. All materials will be delivered to the exhibit booth prior to exhibitor installation. Materials without material handling orders will be held until an order is made and paid for. If you have questions about Material Handling, here is some help.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may carry in smaller items, small rolling cases, and small carts. The preferred access point for carry-in is located in the rear of the main tower, near the pool. Look for a set of doors labeled "Convention Center Loading." Show services does not provide carts or assistance for self carry-in.

Pallets, flat carts, or anything requiring a pallet jack may not be brought in through these doors. Such items should be shipped to the advance warehouse, or you may purchase material handling services on-site to have these items brought in through the dock.
