ADVANCE SHIPMENT OF MATERIALS

Maximum Dimensions
Please be aware the Reed Center has some very tight pathways from the dock to the ballrooms. Your consideration of not shipping extremely large crates is appreciated. The absolute maximum dimensions are below.

The dimensions of the loading dock entrance at the Reed Center is 7' wide x 8' tall. No crates that exceed this can be brought into the building. In addition, the depth of the freight elevator is 9'. No crates longer than this can be brought from the loading dock to the first level. If you ship crates that are larger than the allowable dimensions, the crate will be delivered to the furthest point possible and you will need to uncrate there and transport to your booth. factor 110 will not uncrate and deliver materials.

Shipping to Advanced Warehouse
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling orders will be held until an order is made and paid for.

Click here for full instructions, the address to ship to, and shipping labels.

Shipping to Reed Center
UPS and FedEx Ground / Express packages may be shipped to the Reed Center using the address under "Show Location." Include "TAP" and your booth name on the package. Please note such packages will be stored in an unsecured location near the reception desk until picked up. Exhibitors will need to pick up their packages by checking in at the reception desk when they arrive -- they will not be delivered to booths. The Reed Center, show organizers, and factor 110 accept no responsibility for lost or misplaced packages shipped to the Reed Center -- do so at your own risk. UPS and FedEx Ground / Express packages may also be shipped to the Advanced Warehouse should you need a more secure solution with notification of arrival.

ABSOLUTELY no pallets or crates should be shipped to the Reed Center. The center does not have sufficient storage for advanced shipments of these items. Pallets or crates shipped to the Reed Center may be refused. All advance shipments of pallets or crates should be sent to the Advanced Warehouse.

Deliveries to Reed Center on Installation Day
If you are having any items delivered to the Reed Center on installation day, a representative must be present at the Reed Center to accept the delivery, or you can purchase Material Handling at a reduced rate and factor 110 will accept these deliveries on your behalf and deliver to your booth. If Material Handling is not purchased, factor 110 will not sign or accept deliveries and they may be refused.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may carry in smaller items, small rolling cases, and small carts through the main doors. Vehicles may be briefly left unattended in the loading area but then should be moved to an appropriate parking area after unloading.

For exhibitors with booths located on the second floor, anything on a pallet or crate should be brought in using the loading dock on the north side of the conference center instead of the main doors. Please note there is only one loading dock at the Reed Center, so there may be a wait for the dock. Your patience is appreciated.

Material Handling at a reduced rate is available should you need assistance loading in items. Unless a Material Handling order is made, show services does not provide carts or assistance for self carry-in.

OUTGOING MATERIALS

Material Handling
For your convenience, factor 110 can handle transporting your outgoing materials from your booth to UPS, FedEx, or a LTL carrier. All outgoing materials with Material Handling orders can be left in the booth. For UPS and FedEx Ground / Express packages, please have a return label on your package. We will schedule a pickup from our warehouse. For LTL carrier pickups (pallets/crates), please arrange a pickup with your preferred carrier at either the Reed Center or Advanced Warehouse (on the dates specified under "Important Dates") and email the BOL to brad@factor110.com. Please note factor 110 does not provide freight services or make arrangements with any carrier.

No Material Handling
UPS and FedEx Ground / Express packages without Material Handling orders should be brought to the hallway near the reception desk. You must schedule a pickup at the Reed Center. The Reed Center, show organizers, and factor 110 accept no responsibility for lost or misplaced packages left at the Reed Center -- do so at your own risk.

We highly suggest ordering Material Handling services for for LTL carrier pickups (pallets/crates). If Material Handling services are not ordered, you carrier will be responsible for picking up your pallet/crate at your booth. factor 110 or the Reed Center will not transport it to the carrier.

USE OF SPACE AND RENTAL ITEMS
These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.
