Material Handling Service (Inbound)

We will receive your items, deliver them to your booth, store empty containers during the show (upon request), and return them to you before booth tear down. Return Material Handling must be purchased separately. Please see the show memo for other important information and dates.

Inbound Destination: Most likely, you will be shipping to our Advanced Warehouse. If you need to ship direct to show, be sure to check your show memo to see  if this is permitted and, if so, any special instructions. 

Inbound Method: Please select how you will be shipping your items:

• UPS / FedEx - Typically individual boxes or items shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground or Express. You may also select this option for USPS or DHL. Do not select if shipping via FedEx Freight. All non-freight items must be shipped to the Advanced Warehouse.
• Freight Courier - Typically pallets or crates shipped via a freight courier, such as FedEx Ground, Old Dominion, XPO, Estes, T-Force, etc.

Estimated Weight Category: Please select the estimated weight of all your items. A good estimate will reduce the chance of additional charges later but, if you are unsure, choose a lower category and we can invoice you for the difference.

Don't forget to add Outbound Material Handling as well! Save 10% on your outbound material handling if ordered at the same time as inbound. No code needed, just be sure to have both inbound and outbound services in your cart when you check out.
