Material Handling Service (Inbound)
Please see your Exhibitor Guide for step-by-step instructions on how to order material handling and other important information.
We will receive your items, deliver them to your booth, store empty containers during the show (upon request), and return them to you before booth tear down. Return Material Handling must be purchased separately. Please see your Exhibitor Guide for other important information and dates.
Inbound Destination: Most likely, you will be shipping to our Advanced Warehouse. If you need to ship direct to show, be sure to check your Exhibitor Guide to see if this is permitted and, if so, any special instructions.
Inbound Method: Please select how you will be shipping your items:
- UPS / FedEx - Typically individual boxes or items shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground or Express. You may also select this option for USPS or DHL. Do not select if shipping via FedEx Freight. All non-freight items must be shipped to the Advanced Warehouse.
- Freight Courier - Typically pallets or crates shipped via a freight courier, such as FedEx Ground, Old Dominion, XPO, Estes, T-Force, etc.
Size Restrictions: Please be aware some venues, especially hotels and ballrooms, have size restrictions. If you will be shipping an exceptionally wide or tall crate, please inquire about such restrictions before shipping. If your crate will not fit at any point prior to reaching your booth, we will deliver it to the furthest possible point and it will be the exhibitor's responsibility to uncrate from that point. If assistance is needed, booth labor may be purchased in advance (may not be available to purchase onsite).
Estimated Weight Category: Please select the estimated weight of all your items. A good estimate will reduce the chance of additional charges later but, if you are unsure, choose a lower category and we can invoice you for the difference.
