Standard Booth Package
Each booth will contain the following*:
- Company/organization identification sign
- 8’ deep by 10’ wide booth with pipe and drape*
- 6’ table with spandex table linen
- 2 folding chairs
*Exceptions: Single end-cap booths are 8' x 8'. Double end-cap booths are 8' x 16' and will contain 2 tables and 4 chairs.
Exhibitors will choose their booth location. Sponsors have first choice, followed by exhibitors in the order they registered. Exhibitors must be paid in full before choosing a booth. Sponsors should expect to be contacted mid-January or February. Exhibitors will be contacted starting in March.

Ordering Additional Items
Exhibitors may order additional furnishings and other items by visiting www.110tradeshow.com. The show code needed is OKHR20. Order by Friday, July 24 for a 20% discount on most items, excluding power and labor. Use discount code OKHR20.
Power is not included with the booth and must be ordered if desired. To order power, visit https://110tradeshow.com/products/power-okhr. We encourage you to pre-order power. There is a $30 additional fee if ordered on-site.
The conference will have complimentary Wi-Fi service. If you require a dedicated connection or hard line, please email email@example.com for pricing and assistance.
Exhibitors are encouraged to pre-order, as very little excess inventory will be on hand. Orders placed after the "last day to order" date, including on-site orders, will be accommodated whenever possible, but will include a $75.00 special delivery fee. Power and Internet services ordered on-site will include a $30 special run fee.
Advance Shipment of Materials
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling Orders will be held until an order is made and paid for. If you have questions about Material Handling, here is some help.

Advance Shipment of Materials - Direct to Hard Rock
Exhibitors may also ship direct to the Hard Rock, with certain restrictions. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling Orders will be held until an order is made and paid for.

Exhibitors may carry in smaller items, small rolling cases, and small carts. The preferred access point for carry-in is located in the rear of the hotel, near the pool. Look for a set of glass doors marked "Convention Center Loading." Show services does not provide carts or assistance for self carry-in.
Pallets, flat carts, or anything requiring a pallet jack may not be brought in through these doors. Such items should be shipped to the advance warehouse, or you may purchase material handling services on-site to have these items brought in through the dock.
